I had a biter. Learn her biting signals. Every time you see one, ignore her completely. Turn your back to her. If she's in your lap, put her on the floor. Without emotion or stress. You have to be consistent. My cat was an attention whore. Hated being ignored and quickly figured out what was going on.

Also if she doesn't like being petted in a certain area or manner, don't pet her there or that way.

Get a toy on a stick and play for ten minutes a day. Or, teach her to fetch. Exercise helps.
