I don't think it looks bad at all. However, if it were my quilt, all I'd be able to see is that it's not how I wanted it to be. So I'd rip it out and redo it. If you're careful you can perform surgery and take it out/replace it without having to take off the borders.

But, as I said, it really doesn't look bad. I guess it just depends on how attached you were to the way it's "supposed" to go. ;)

ETA: Flipped row aside, it's a really nice scrappy look. :)
