I'd fix it. But that's just me.
It's not that big a deal to remove the row (you do not have to undo the borders), press the seam allowances flat again on the row and border (makes it easier and cleaner for the next step), and then resew it back in place in the correct position. Check that twice to make sure you don't sew it back incorrectly (I did that once :roll: ). Just take your time. You'll be surprised how quickly it gets done.
Of course, you'll probably get 20 pages of "leave it in" comments.
