Okie Dokie!
I would make mashed taters, but don't have any.
I have a couple cans of canned potatoes, so will toss them in once the roast is done to just warm them. We don't usually use canned ones, but I got a case of 12 for $3, so couldn't pass it up. know what I mean?
They make a nice tater salad if you are wanting something quick. It's not THE best, but it's ok.
