I love stripes with it! Without an inner border. You've got enough orange in the quilt itself. I LOVE the contrast of the paisley with the stripe.
Perhaps use the stripe with blocks as the cornerstones - maybe orange w/ teal as a square in a square block - so you don't have to deal with doing miters while pressed for time (even though they're really easy).
