Is the quilt finished after you sew the pieces together or do you put a backing on it? I am seeing pink and greens in those little panes if this isn't a difficult process.

You can start with any size square. you do need 2 squares to make a window. When the window is sew in you are done no backing or quilting. pink and greens would be very pretty.
