Bargello quilts are so stunning and impressive. However, because I'd had the same reason for my reluctance to tackle a bargello, I took a twisted bargello class at my LQS. Surprisingly, it really isn't very difficult at all! Once I had my fabric selected (the class members helped one another with this part), I was ready to roll with the project. I did discover that piecing together a bargello does require time, some concentration and lots of organization. Our instructor was so good at breaking the project down into manageable quadrants, making it much less daunting! I encourage you to give it a try --
