Very nice quilt! What a thoughtful gift also. I really like the simplicity of the blocks. My almost son-n-law is an Alabama fan and I've wanted to make him a quilt for quite some time. I have the fabrics but have had problems deciding on block patterns. If you cut the pieces too small, lots of the AL stuff is not shown to advantage. I can see now that all the blocks I have been looking at were just too many pieces. I'm thinking maybe bigger snowball blocks with the 4 patch and 1 or 2 other blocks will work nicely.
