I ship to Canada and the customs forms aren't that big a deal. I just make sure that they know that they pay the extra cost for shipping to Canada. My only problem was when I accepted a money order from Canada and my bank wouldn't take it. It even said US dollars on it and they refused it. Said it was too much hassle on the other end. They finally took it but charged me a fee for it so I did lose money on that purchase. But PayPal from Canadians avoids that problem.
