I finished this a couple of weeks ago, can't belive I forgot to post a pic! :roll:
This for Lottie (Charlotte), the daughter of my friends Stu & Gill. Lottie is 1 year old on the 22nd June. Some of you may remember the Amy Butler quilt I did for her Christening last year?
The cushion cover is envelope style on the back (I'm scared of zips!). I am pleased with the piping on the edges, have never done that before and it came out quite well I think! The letters are iron-on applique that I bought off the web, they have gorgeous sparkly detailing, and I hand stitched them on for extra durability!
I am also gonna make an 'Itty Bitty Kitty' in matching fabrics (see pic of patter below). And of course I will be making pink cupcakes to take to the party, can't wait!
Will make this with fabric to match the cushion.
