It's delicious. I've tried the Oikos and the Fage... wouldn't be caught dead with the Dannon or other brands, because most of them have high fructose corn syrup in them. You can make your own Greek yogurt by straining regular yogurt through a cheesecloth "strainer". Watch the dates of expiration. Some stores mark them down considerably five days before they expire. With yogurt, even if they go over a day or two, it won't hurt anything. My favorite is the honey flavor, but if you buy anything but Oikos and Fage, read the ingredients - they also use other sweeteners besides honey. Sometimes it's just 'honey flavor'. Like some of the "pure olive oil" salad dressings... they're really full of other oils, with just a touch of olive oil. Hmmm....
