Anymore when I make a quilt for others I just don't even expect a thank you...I enjoy the process. If I do get one it is a huge bonus! Sometimes we set our stage expecting things to happen when they don't we get upset. Now I try not to set my stage and when something nice happens like a thank you it means twice as much!
I get a lot of pleasure making charity quilts. I don't expect a thank you and feel fairly certain my efforts are actually appreciated. The quilt is gorgeous.
