i wish i could take credit..but my friend made it.
she used batting, a medium loft poly on the back. did it just like you would with a regular quilt, backing,batting and puffy top.
she said she didn't want to feel the seams on the back of the little puffs. i don't know how it is usually done, but that is the way she did hers.
