If you get a lawyer that doesn't collect unless he wins the suit for you, and if you don't end up winning do you pay the court cost or how does this work? A couple of my family members are interested in seeing one for my moms death. I don't think we have a case but my sister said that the lawyer she talked to said that he thinks we do. He told her that if we win he gets 50%. I can't remember what she said about the court costs. My mom lived with her and the rest of us live in other states, so she is handling this. I just hope she remembers to ask all the questions before signing any papers.
