I agree with this -- also - she should make it plain that she expects an ITEMIZED list of expenditures. I had an atty once that did barely anything and charged me $300.00 for postage (that was 30 yrs ago!!!). Yeah, right -- when I said I wanted it itemized, the price dropped to $50. or so!!!
