At HSN you can buy and sew on the machine for 30 days and decide if you want to keep it or not. There is no risk. If you don't like it send it back. Save the box and all packing material. I can only review my older Singer Quantum. It's been a great machine and I don't baby it at all. It's gone through several power surges and still the computer screen pops right back up. Singer for some reason makes two qualities of the same machine. One for lower price and one for top of the line. Same with their needles. The needles sold in the red and white package are top quality the Singer needles sold in the yellow/black package are lower quality. Many times you'll see Singer products being sold for a very high price when you know you seen them lots cheaper elsewhere. It's the different quality. Makes no sense to me at all.
