The top machine looks like a Singer 15, made in 1948 in Quebec, Canada. That's from the Singer serial # list and the 15 is by where the tension discs are located. She is very pretty. I couldn't read the name on the bottom machine. Sorry I can't be of more help.
The second machine is an International Rotary.
The, I'm fixing to guess it's oprobably a 15 clone made in Japan. It looks like it's missing the bobbin plate cover which can be obtained at a Singer store but you'll need the plate dimensions so they order the proper one. It should only be about $12. That's the cost at my local Singer store anyway.
It has the bobbin plate, it was just swiveled out so I could see the bobbin case. It's a good idea because the plate won't be lost that way.
