8-week quilting class which used the "Machine Quilting Made Easy" book by Maureen Noble. Took some of the fear out of it.
Also took a Fabric Folding class. Didn't like it at the time, but it made a perfect center for my Round Robin.
Then I took a Crayon class a while ago. That was fun for my inner 6-year-old. Next I plan to take an embroidery class even though I don't know why.
