Totally understand how you're feeling because it's exactly how I would feel in that same situation. You seem to know this girl well though so I imagine your quilt will be dearly loved by her. You thought the colors and pattern out well so I can't imagine she'd be anything but super pleased with it.
You better hurry and get it done though! September 10th is just a few weeks away!
