We live in paradise!!!!
We are in one of the most temperate climates in America. We are 10 miles from the coast so we occasionally get coastal fog. Most of the houses in our city do not have air conditioning. It is only really needed a few weeks of the year. We get by with ceiling fans. We don't(rarely) get frost (very bad for the citrus trees) We have even gone thru winters where the furnace only kicked on 3 times the entire fall/winter. If you go up the grade to Thousand Oaks, it can be 10-20 degrees hotter or colder. That's only 10 miles away
However it is very expensive to live around here.
