Hello and welcome from a little south of MB! I love to shop at Quilters Cottage in Garden City. The shop is bright and cheerful as are all the employees that I've encountered. Their fabric selection is wonderful, especially the batiks that I'm partial to purchasing. It's a wonderful shop! When I'm up in your area, I'll have to stop in and check out this shop.
