The 15-90 is the model 15 that is able to be handcranked or treadled, it's a belt driven machine.
The 15-91 has a "potted motor" and is gear driven. One of my favorite machines!! You can drop the feed dogs, it has an eight inch harp/throat space, and it's a powerful workhorse!
