The Landlord decided on no pets since other people they rent too did not take care of apartment and house and carpet mess up i told him my apartment (Deplux) don't smell and my carpet is clean He told me he never had a proble with my place it is always nice and clean you can never tell i have a dog in here he said but if you do it to one you have to do it to all I tried to keep Boi I think it was mostly his Wife she just make the rules and take the rent in the office he goes to place to place.
