I can't beleive I just did this. I was so concerned about making sure I had enough fabric for my border I sewed my 3 strips together, pressed seams, sewed to quilt top. Six inches too long, golden. Just as I finished the second side I realized I never measured the centre, to get an accurate measurement. It should be the right length not too long. Time to quit for today, came out of my sewing room & shut the door.. As Charolette would say I'll think about that tomorrow. :(
