I saw one several months ago - someplace. Basically cut all you pockets out with enough fabric around them to be a 5 or 6 inch square. Sew them together either on point or not. Surround them with 2 or 3 inch wide strips to make it as big or little as you want. The pockets were not wasted and you can hide a note or hankies or whatever in them.
