I too remember the Dromedary date and nut roll. It was a true treat for us kids. Obviously I am no longer a kid since I can remember this wonderful, delicious product.
I have searched for this recipe, and while I have come up with a few that are similar, the taste just isn't the same. Will watch this thread and hope someone comes up with just the perfect ingredients.
