I am normally a very tidy person and my sewing room is really neat...but last night having sewn a baorder of 1"squares round a crib quilt...I went to bed leaving bits everywhere...unable to sleep thought I would get up and finish it....sewed another edge...pressed it...then stepped back onto a small open pair of scissors that were on the floor, hidden by scraps...which dug themselves nicely into my foot.....fortunatly the cut is quite small...but very painful......
moral of my story....should it be 'tidy up in future' or just 'wear shoes' ?
