I have. I thought the service was a little slow and they are not good about letting you know the status of your order. After 2+ weeks I finally got an email saying my gear was on backorder and they gave me no idea when it would come. I did get the parts about a week later. I have also ordered from sewingmachinesplus.com. They were a little better. They both take paypal. That's why I used them.
