Gee, I missed that episode. Not knowing how to thread an unfamiliar machine is not a fault. At the factory where I worked machines rarely had to be threaded. Operators were careful PLUS when changing thread, the old color was snipped at the cone, the new cone placed and the two ends tied in an overhand knot and pulled through the machine from the stitching end. Some of the industrial needles were large enough to let the knot through.
