I just use Niagra starch. I have really good luck with it. I spray it on and let it sink into the fabric for a few seconds and then when I iron I don't get the white residue on the fabric. This technique really helps when you are starching heavier due to bias cuts. I know there is an adhesive spray in the pink can and my teacher says it'll really gunk up you machine so I haven't tried it; just the June Tailor and the 505. I will probably stick w/the June Tailor one from Walmarts since I have really good luck with it and it's about $5 cheaper a can.
