I've made lots of strawberry (a favorite by all) and some
blueberry jam and waiting for the concord grapes to get ripe so
I can make some grape conserve. Yummy. My sister made
some grapefruil jelly after coming from Florida. good too.
It makes a terrific gift for folks that don't make it.
has anyone heard that the newest thing that the power that
bee wants us to all use a hot water bath to seal our jellys and
jam. Well I don't think so. My Mom used parafin and I will
continue to also.
