According to the Quilt Show catalogue it is by C June Barnes of Hastings, England.

"Named 'Ammonoidia' - whole cloth on viscose wool felt-shrunk for distortion and dimensions - "Scoobie" laces offering resistance. An ammonite slab at the Natural History Museum."

I've literally copied that word for word and hope it makes sense (I have no clue, but have never done an Art Quilt). I'm intrigued by the description of 'Scooby' laces - to me that is a cartoon dog...

I'm no use on finding a pattern, but hope this helps even a little!
