Anything with one of those itty bitty little lights draws power constantly. phone chargers, laptop chargers etc draw power when nothing is connected to them... I know there are others, but that is what is coming to mind at the moment
Also, anything that is "instant on"...like TV's, DVD players, game systems, computers, etc....all these use "phantom power" even when they are "off".

Remember how things in the "old days" used to need to "warm up" before they came on??? Well, what they did is make these items so they really don't turn "off"...thus, they use power when they are not "on". I'm not a technical person, so I don't understand everything exactly, but I understand the concept.

Hope that helps.
