I make several kinds, Rhubarb Pineapple with the strawberry jello, Strawberry jam, Grape cinnamon, Apple cinnamon. I add 2 heaping ice tea spoons full of cinnamon blended with the sugar when it's time to put it in. Yumm.
When I have lots of apples I peel for other things, I cook the peelings and cores for the apple jelly. I have the sieve shapped like a cone with the wooden paddle to get the juice then strain it like my Mom taught me....let it drain, never squeeze it!
Give most of it away. My best friend's great grand-kids always send me a thank-you card.
