ditto ... no need for a pattern!! Decide on your centre block size, just make sure it is proportional to using the FQs without wastage. Making the strip sets, cutting them off, then sewing on will work up pretty quick, even with the partial seams.

I do like the pattern ... and have added it to my idea book. I visualize a fussy cut centre with coordinating strips around. :)
