Click on Watched Topics and then click on your topics. Go to the bottom of this page and click on Topic Lists and then go to all of the blocks that you are interested in. You should start getting notices if you post on those pages. It is very important to click on the email notices when you receive them. It tells you in the notice that you will not receive another notice until you read the one you just received. Sometimes when we are in a hurry we may delete them and then we will not receive another notice on that topic.
