Sorry I can't tell you the issue or even the year as a friend of mine just gave me the page from the magazine.(she had gotten it some time ago) Sorry it's a bit blurred. I think I will either place a small 1x1 scrappy square in the middle block or else embroider something there as I don't like the "empty" look.
