I'm in MD and yes I felt it. Was in my basement sewing room sitting in a swivel rocker working on hand work when my rocker started rocking back and forth the wrong way and everything was a blur. Scared me big time and I don't care to experience another happening like that. We moved here from that area of VA 17 yrs ago. Can't imagine how those folks felt.
