With all the suggestions you are getting, it is probably more difficult for you to come up with a title and book cover than the technique that the book will be all about.
I agree that stained glass in the title brings to mind a totally different technique. But whatever the title you use needs to be bigger and stand out more. I personally like the pictures in #6 but the title needs to stand out more. I think the background could be adjusted to give the photos more drama.
