That one is a really hard screw to find! Singer threads were proprietary and there is not another screw out there that will fit it but that one screw. I do not remember where I found the few I have but they are worth their weight in gold!

I'm missing the same one on my 15-91.
Bow do not hold me to it but I think the screws out of the Japanese 15 will fit it. I have a 201 here that I am servicing that I can try the one out of my 25 to see if the threads are the same. If that is so then you can find the Japanese 15's cheap and rob the screw off of it.
