I can't add too much information here, but was reading the different categories for our local fair. If you submit a quilt, it must be clearly stated as to how it was created: machine pieced and quilted; hand pieced and machine quilted; hand pieced and hand quilted, etc. Apparently, they are extremely fussy. Probably won't be entering anything in the fair to be judged.
