I can think of one Cockney phrase at the moment (just got up got brain freeze)
"get up the apple and pears"
Used to say that to the kids my husband did, means "get up the stairs"
i willprobably think of some others my husband was a true cockney which means he was born within the sound of Bow Bells, a church in the area called St Mary le Bow
