My youngest daughter just moved into her first apartment (100 miles away) and picked out fabric for some pillows for her couch. I made the cupcake hotpad from the leftover pink from her pillows. I had not made a hotpad before and it was fun. Didn't have my walking foot for the quilting, but couldn't wait to get the project finished, so just sewed it with my regular presser foot. haha
