too bad you don't live near me in WI. They have 2 Victorians in the paper this week. Both cheap. One has a very curved open staircase - pretty house -price: $55,000.

I adore Victorians, love the artistic added touches. BUT they are real money pits, I've known some folks who bought their dream houses, but all were real glad to get rid of them, even at a loss.
