Ramona I have to go along with you. Simple. My knees would not like a 2 story. lol So one floor please and lots & lots of built in storage & cabinets. I like an open floor plan better than a lot of sm choppy rooms. A huge patio with my hot tub & outdoor kitchen is a must also. I would love a lg backyard with enough room for a garden and the 2 Malamutes to roam.
