Sorry it took so long to up date you but i had to wait until the landlord contacted me back they stated no so my sister took him i really miss him she said he walks the house whinning he do that sometime with me when he wants to be held or miss me she sent me a pic of him sitting on the couch, i recorded a email for him he reconized my voice i was about in tears.
