Yes I've tried Melatonin and think it really helps me and have never had any side affects. I've used it off and on for years. I don't find it to be addictive either. I take it when I need it. If I have 3 or 4 nights where I can't sleep I don't wait for the 5th night, I just take a melatonin and thankfully I get a full nights sleep. You can always sheck with your Dr. if you are leary about taking it.
