Welcome to the Quilting Board from Nevada! What a wonderful thing, a third generation quilter. You should be proud of that. It doesn't matter, as you said in a later post, that you only quilt "easy" quilts. What matters is that you have the basics of quilting down now. If you can make an "easy" quilt, then it's not much of a step to an "intermediate" quilt. With solid basics in hand, it just takes a bit more time and patience. It's likely you already have the skills, and if a question pops up, well we're right here to help. Hopefully the Quilting Board will prompt more ideas and patterns to entice you towards developing new skills and enthusiasm for quilting. And it's a two way street. There are Newbies here who are struggling to make that first "easy" quilt, and you can be of assistance to them, I'm sure.
