I have been attempting to make a wall hanging for each season of the year. Admittedly, although attempting to work ahead of each season, I've fallen behind. I just got this "summer quilt finished and back from my long arm pro Brook. I'm thrilled with her work and the results, so up on the wall it went. My Seaside Cuties may stay a bit past Labor Day, but then it's still 115 degrees these days in the desert. I love the quilting designs she chose, echo work on applique, water puddles, clouds with sea gulls (inside border) and little boats on parade in the white border. This one was fun from start to finish.
