It may be the "safeguards" on your email account. For instance, I cannot open any downloads (usually tutorials). If I forward them to different account, I have no problem. In both cases, the program does anti-virus scan. Another thing that happens to me sometimes, is a photo won't show, but if I hit refresh it will show. Hope one of these will help you.
